Several days passed since Ceil knew the truth, and she convinced herself that she should be conscious enough to not hurt anyone, especially Arthur who was taking care of her when her family wasn't alive, and the only family left was her brother who was also out of the town most of the time, even if she had to contradict all the whispers with all her might.

Ceil was sitting in the garden when she heard the sound of a carriage. She turned around and found Arthur coming with his guards. Since the time Vladis left, Arthur had been burdened with everything, and most of his time was spent either in study or in council.

Arthur glanced at her as his eyes softened, he continued discussing while walking towards his study.
