章節 4: CHAPTER 3: "CURIOUS ABOUT JOHN"
yesterday .....
'After that I finally got home. (sigh) Forget what happened yesterday Amie. For now I will just cook what I will eat and then I will visit Fatima tomorrow. '
tomorrow at the Hospital .....
(knock knock)
"Come in"
(door opened)"Hi Fatima. Good morning."
"Sister Amie! Good morning sister Amie! Thank you so much for yesterday. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to see my family again.(Fatima crying)"
"Shhh, don't cry anymore, okay? You're welcome Fatima, you that I treat you as my younger sister, right?"
I hugged Fatima as she cried. Of course I comforted her. After we had a moment, we talked about what was going on in our lives since John and I broke up. Yes they already know that we are separated and Fatima became very sad.
.....flashback.....
"Sister Fatima! Sister Fatima! (panting)"
"Oh Fatima what are doing here?"
"I-i-i......IS IT TRUE?!"
"What is it?"
"Have you really broken up with My brother?"(crying)
".....Yes Fatima. I have broken up with you're brother."
"Why? Why did you break up with my brother? What's the reason?"
"Sorry Fatima but I can't take it anymore."
"Can't take what...?"
"I can't take the fact that he always leave right evey after 5 hours!"
When I said that, Fatima's eyes widened as if she knew something about that part. The part when I said "I can't take the fact that he always leaves me right after every 5 hours". What's up? What are they hiding from me? They know something I do not know.
"Sister Amie. I ahhh I..... I think my brother should be the one to tell you why."
'Huh?' I asked myself in my mind. What are they hiding? I want to know! But I'm afraid, I can't face John right now.
...at the hospital....
(Amie and Fatima laughing)
"Ummm Fatima?"
"Yes sister Amie?"
"Can I...can I ask you something?"
"Yes sister Amie go ahead."
"Umm about that time when I told you about why I break up with you're brother. Umm may I ask you if you know anything about John that I don't know?"
Fatima is silent and she simply changes the topic.
"Hey sister Amie let's go shopping tomorrow okay?"
"Fatima please answer my question."
"Ouch! My head! My head is hurting sister Amie"
"Fatima? Fatima are you alright? I'll go call the doctor now!"
"No sister Amie I'm alright I think I just need to rest."
"Oh okay. I'm gonna go now and let you have a rest okay?"
"Okay sister Amie."
I left the room and began to wonder about what Fatima had said. It was as if they were really hiding something from me. (sigh) I don't have to worry about that first. The important thing right now is that Fatima is okay. Thank you Lord for saving Fatima.
3rd person's POV
As Amie was walking she saw Fatima's family. But she saw something strange happening.
(Amie walking)
(John coughing)....
"JOHN! JOHN! are you alright?"-Mrs. Reyes.
"Yes mom i'm fine. (coughing)Mom what time did I take my medicine?"
"You took it at 8:30."
"What time is it?"
"Oh no! It's already 1:30! It's already been 5 hours!"
"John quick take you're medicine."-Mr. Reyes.
"Okay dad. (Coughing harder and louder until he is on his knees.)"
"John quick! Take you're medicine!"-Mr. Reyes.
As Amie listened to John, her eyes widened and she suddenly burst into tears as if she wanted to hug John. But as these things happened to him, she suddenly wondered what they were saying.
'5 hours? Isn't that how long it takes for John to leave me? What's up?'
He thinks about it while he is looking at them. When Suddenly..
JOHN'S POV
(John kneels) 'That's Amie. Why is she here. Hmm maybe she just visited Fatima. Wait, did she hear what we said ?! Huh why did she leave? Gosh, I don't know what to do nor how to explain to her anymore. '
"Mom I've took my medicine. Can you guys go first? I think I forgot something."
"Okay John but are you okay now?"
"Yes mom I'm okay now."
"Okay son. We'll wait for you there okay?"
"Okay mom bye!"
'Where is she now? I had to chase her so I could explain everything to her. I can't live without her in my Life. She is the woman who taught me what true love is ...... Where is she? ..... There she is! '
"Amie! Amie! Amie wait!"
'I can't lose her anymore. I need to talk to her. I will not allow that one day someone else will take her away from me '
(Panting)"Amie Please listen to me. We need to talk."
AMIE'S POV
'Well ... I've been curious about what's going on lately so ... I guess I'll go with him first and I'll hear what the reason is about that "5 hours".'
"O-o-o...okay"
JOHN'S POV
''She finally agreed to come with me.'
I took her hand and hurriedly took her to a place where we could talk properly just the two of us. It's good and quiet here.
AMIE'S POV
'Seriously why am I nervous ?! And why does my heartbeat seem to be speeding up ?! He just held my hand. Then I broke up with him. What is happening to me ?! I feel like I want him back. (sigh) maybe I was just excited about what he would say. (sigh) But why is that? Why do I still seem to admire him? GOSH! Amie, wake up! You were the one who broke up with him so you should just stick with your Decision okay ?! OMG! Why do I feel so hot all of a sudden?! This timing is rude! '
JOHN'S POV
'I wonder why Amie's hand is so hot ?! And why .... Why is she blushing ?! Seriously John, fix what you're thinking. (sigh) ... it doesn't matter as long as the important thing is I can tell her the truth .....
