章節 179: Meeting the Queen

Zeph removed the bamboo basket from his head revealing his stoic face with long hair casually pushed backward. He was standing on the edge of the pond and could begin to feel the cold energy of pearl emitting from the inside. The snakes were beginning to swarm around him thus, he without further delay leaped into the lake headfirst.

'COLD'

Despite the whole new level of strength, the first feeling he got from the water was exactly the same since the first time. Bone-chilling cold permeating his insides, he controlled the thickness of the serpentine energy cloak to counter the cold energy.

He quickly dived deep into the bottom and to his surprise, the same snakes which were earlier bent on attacking him outside were now oblivious to his presence. They just swam around him without any conflict. 

'Maybe cold energy is masking my presence.'
