章節 36: To Gephyr

Three persons arrived at the scene where Zeph and party fought with Kisu .

They have ash covered face with distinct baneful aura unique to black sorcerers. Leader was chief elder of Gravestone tribe with his two subordinates .He was given task of retrieving the evil spirit of Kisu quietly.

His name was Gunur because he was blind from birth ,he was called as Blind Sorcerer.He was one of most powerful sorcerer in tribe.

"Elder ,there is sign of fighting here"

informed first follower after observing aftermaths of battle.

Gunur lifted his head to listen something,then said

"Check if Kisu 's body still has contract reminent on it."

"Elder you mean ...he ..."

"He is dead , someone reached him before us but if his body still has contract reminent then our work will be still doable"

Two subordinates ran in different directions to look for body of Kisu.Meanwhile Gunur was thinking who else could need that spirit.He with his wrinkled hand took out small bone knife out of his clothes and made deep cut on his wrist .

Blood flowing out of wound was deep black and was giving foul smell.He chanted some hymns and opened his pupiless white eyes.

Soon scene of battle taking place appeared in front of him but before the scene could become clear enough to recognise people there,a huge black shadow appeared and forecefully destroyed his vision.

Gunur closed his eyes to tolerate pain of forecefully shattering of vision.Two lines of blood dropped from his eyes.At this type a subordinate returned with head of Kisu but was surprised to see blood leaking out of elder's eyes.

"Elder.....what happened?"

"Nothing .....throw that useless head away ,we are leaving.His contract with spirit was externally terminated so there will be no reminent in his body."

With his order ,three of them began to walk towards their tribe .

'Whoever you are ,now my eyes are on you.I will find you soon'

thought Gunur while walking behind his subordinates .A creepy smile came on face of Gunur .

Sauren,Zeph and Raiken have traveled far away from that area of battle.They were currently resting on shore of small river .Zeph was trying to fish by using small rope loop while Sauren was bathing himself on farther end of river.

Raiken looked at both of them and decided to say farewell to both of them.

"Are you sure you won't travel with us?"asked Zeph.

"I am deeply enticed with your offer but sometimes our path may lies parallel to each other but destined to never become one."

Zeph sighed and turned toward Raiken,

"We will always wait for time when again our path crosses in future.Till then have safe journey and send my wishes to lady too."

"Of course ,we will surely see again each other in future .Take this finger bone shard ,if you want to contact me just write short message on it and threw it in some grave or such burial places where cursed energy quantity is high.

This method is not sure work but will make me known of your message in span of two three days."Raiken smiled and threw a finger bone towards Zeph and bid farewell to both of them .

He continued towards his path deeper into much less known world of Black sorcerers.

He can't go back to tribe because of his different ideals regarding black magic usage .

Also lady informed him few hours back that someone was trying to mark him down which he was sure was someone from tribe .They sure will not let anyone interfering in their work walk away easily.

He was going for his own travel to find some others like him in Balck sorcerers society who had yet to be succumbed to viscious power lust cycle.

Sauren saw him going away , therefore hurriedly completed his bath and approached Zeph.

"He left ?"

"Yes "

Sauren nodded ,then moved and sat beside Zeph.He soon lost himself in deep thoughts .Zeph seeing him busy thinking didn't disturb him but quietly began to roast fish using lightning.

Soon smell of grilled fish began to permeate in air which brought back Sauren back from his deep memories of earth.He looked toward Zeph to find him munching on fish meat .He soon forgot about his worries and jumped towards rest of grilled fishes to eat them.

Next morning,Zeph and Sauren again geared themselves fully before resuming their journey towards Gephyr .They were going there to let Boss knew completion of his task and also for planning next place to visit during their travels.

Yes, Both of them decided unanimously that they will continue their travels because instead of waiting for oppurtunity to raise strength in one city it is better off to increase their strength and experience while travelling.

They went through much longer route to reach Gephyr because of path they had taken to pursue Kisu.After spending three day and night walking,they finally reached outskirts of city.Watching the Big City was itself a feast wondering the expertise of human architecture.

Travelling in woods to travelling in city was much change in perspective of ongoing scenery.They registered themselves in nearby inn to spend night there and agreed to visit Mercenary corp tommorow for meeting Boss.

Both of them enjoyed much needed proper bath and sleep on mattress that night.
