"Is that all?" Jenoix asked, he almost sounded disappointed. "It's a shame you're ill, I would have loved for you to join me in tonight's. . ." he trailed off, licking his lips.

Lumielle blinked up at him, his hands comfortably wrapping around her wrist. "I'm not interested," she said succinctly. 

Jenoix pouted, "You don't ever think about it do you?"

"And," Lumielle said, "Grand Duchess Eliard. I'll be taking her down." 

Jenoix tilted his head, for a second, Lumielle was surprised by the naivete in his expression. It was surprising to see someone so debauched show such a reaction. She knew how he plucked the wings off of a butterfly. 

Jenoix remained close to her, toying with her hair as Lumielle sat back up, deciding that it was too much work to shove him away. He was physically stronger than her. "What does that entail?" He asked.
