"How is the plan going?" Sebastian asked. They had all gathered again in the house in the woods.
"I have everything I need. I just need to know a location to build the staged interrogation room, where and when you'd like actors that are playing cops as well as the script. Also, where you'd like my sex industry associate to be for the meeting with Erik." Fi said. She had found an actress that was also a dominatrix and had a background in the BDSM industry. She jumped at the chance to really show off her skills and do a good deed. She wasn't even asking to be paid. Fi sat poised and confident as she explained everything she had been up to. Pearl had never seen her so professional like this. She meant business.
"Great. Let's plan on having her meet us at the interrogator location tomorrow for the NDA signing and to form a detailed plan. Q, if the warehouse location confirmed?" Sebastian asked.
"Affirmative. We are all set on my end. I have also secured two Interpol vehicles and ID badges." Q said.
"Wonderful. Jim and M?" He asked.
"Good here. I have also acquired surveillance footage from the prime minister of Spain's office where we have Edward clearly stating his lobbying plan to secure the illegal funding he was funneling. Apparently the prime minister's wife will do anything, including stealing video footage, to keep her husband from taking the fall." Jim said. Sebastian nodded.
"And Blake, how are we with the script?" He asked.
"These cops are going to sound like they mean business." He said. "And the two subjects in protection are doing smashingly." Blake said.
"Good." Sebastian said. It was all coming together. Now all they had to do was hope that Erik would bite the bait and crack under pressure.

"What was that?" Auggie whispered. It was the middle of the night and he awoke to what sounded like someone talking outside of the bedroom door and knocking something over.
"Where are the agents? Maggie asked.
"Probably sleeping." Auggie said, standing up in his boxers.
"Auggie, I'm scared." Maggie said. Auggie grabbed a solid metal lamp from the bedside table.
"What are you doing?" Maggie whispered.
"I'm going to go out there and smash their skulls in before they get to us first." Auggie said. He walked out of the small room into the dark house tiptoeing into the living area, trying to be as quiet as possible. He heard more noises and moving around. He waited for the right time to make his move and when he was sure the person or persons moved away from the wall, he jumped towards where the noise was coming from. Two goats rushed at him, knocking him to his back, laying him flat out and running out of the front screen door. "Augh!" He screamed.
An agent holding a sandwich came running in.
"Can't sleep?" He chuckled with his mouth full.
"I hate goats." He said, still holding onto the lamp.

Sebastian walked out onto the large patio of the house. He saw Pearl, standing along the edge, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. He was trying so hard to not fall so deeply in love with her that he couldn't recover if she ultimately didn't want him in the end. There was still that chance she would decide he was a better friend than romantic partner. She hadn't told him she was in love with him yet, not the words. He knew she loved him, but that had so many meanings. He also knew she was holding back. He knew she was afraid. Not only did she not want to make another mistake when it came to a man, but he honestly believed she didn't want to hurt him, either.
He wanted to tell her he loved her every second that he was around her. He wanted everything with her. But it wasn't the time for romantic notions and dates. They had work to do. But when this was all over and they were finally free to fall in love properly, he was going to be ten times the man the others were.
"Bash, good morning." She said. It wasn't a good morning for him. She hadn't slept in his bed the night before and he slept like shit because of it.
"Good morning." He said, looking at the soft pastels in the sky.
"So Friday is the night. Are you ready?" Pearl asked. It was Monday and Erik had called them the previous day, telling them he was returning to be in London for a little while, they weren't sure for how long. He was going to spending some time with them and they were both dreading it. He was already in the air, headed that way.
He thought about what their life would be like with nothing holding them back.
"You're damn right I am." He said, looking at her and nodding.
