Zanders' POV

I sat on my bed for hours thinking about Ezra and how I got her into all of this. Why couldn't I just glance at her pretty face and leave it be?

Now she is dead because of me and some psycho.

All of my meetings were canceled for the day and the castle is on lockdown from tourists and everyone else, so I came up to my room to mourn and process what I learned.

Her father works for the government in her country, and his file was classified. All it says is he is an independent contractor.

Orson is, in fact, a government agent handler, but it doesn't take a genius to figure out what he is. learning about Ezra and her training, he is a spy.

Our people and their government work together, so I know that his job should not have him after me. Or does it?

Did Ezra know about her father? Who killed her?

After meeting her father Zane and her uncle Orson, I saw the love in their eyes for her. I don't see it happening, but the question is who is still after me?
