章節 207: Parting ways

When I reached the prison, Pan Qing ran towards me all elated and tried hugging me, but he restrained himself from doing so. He probably thought of the times I scolded him for doing stuff without my permission…. Or he still has intense disdain towards holding physical contact with me just like before. 

"Hmm, if you're looking for my permission, then I'll give you mine." I spoke. 

I mean, it would be a bit weird if he didn't mean to do it, but I guess that's a small price to pay.

And it seemed like I was wrong. He was acting a bit weirded out when I said that. Like, really weirded out… He started keeping quite a distance from me and I started regretting my decision on saying that. 

However, once the initial weird atmosphere went off, he slowly started approaching me and then gave out a light hug before running towards his prison peers. I guess he's starting to open up a bit now.
