章節 2: hatake sakumo
the forest where I had woken up was just a small one and part of training grounds number 2 of the leaf village .
the memories of the kid were convenient as I at least had some basic information but still I wanted to see the village with my own eyes .
I really wanted to try my new jutsu which were the quest reward now but uncle sakumo had strictly given the order to come back before night every day . I had already exceeded the time limit so there was no choice except to go back immediately.
the good thing was that my dynamic vision was really too good compared to my previous body on earth . I was just 6 years old according to the body but could already see way far than when I was an adult before .
if I concentrated then the surroundings looked like moving in slow motion . this was the useful ability of dynamic vision . I can understand why kakashi was so good at taijutsu despite not having any special dojutsu bloodline. I'm sure that dojutsu like sharingan must have more amazing vision but there is no need to waste time thinking about it anyway .
after exting the training grounds from the man made entrance , I saw the bustling market area more than 50 meters ahead of me .
humans were creatures that cannot feel secure without special interactions and I was no different. so I immediately started running towards the market and see what was the culture of this hidden village .
my speed was too fast compared to my past life but strangely i didnt feel any difficulty while running . i guessed that this must be because i have the body experience of the kid with his memories and decided to forget about it .
in seconds , the market area was near me . I saw people wearing yukata , kimono and ninja uniforms walking on the clean road and felt some nostalgia. I may not be a Japanese in my past life but I was absolutely in love with their culture . so I was a little excited when I thought that this culture was going to be normal one for me from now on .
hatake clan was a very small clan actually but only in numbers . no one in the village dared to underestimate them because all the members had excellent KENJUTSU skills which were feared by enemies . the clan head hatake sakumo was especially powerful one and was considered as one of the future pillars of the village . he was a genius who joined the ranks of elite jonins many years ago and he was just 23 or 24 right now.
I knew that uncle was more powerful than elite jonins because he was considered a S rank ninja ( kage level ) during 2nd great war.
I passed by many shops like clothing , weapons and most importantly food and exited the market area. I really wanted to eat some meat at the akimichi barbecue restaurant because the delicious smell caused my saliva to start dripping automatically. well I was a foodie on earth and it was not going to change in this world too .
hatake clan was small in number but their clan compound was very large in area . there were many shops managed by the clan members who were adopted in the clan . so I belonged to a rich family which was truly good news as I know the power of money very well ..
I arrived near the main gates but was shocked as uncle sakumo was actually standing at the door . holy shit ! I knew from the memories that this silver haired old man with kind smile was actually really strict person .
his way of punishment was more and more training and the kid whose body is now mine really knew the fearsomeness of uncle sakumo with his own body which was mine now .
when I saw the kind of smoke of uncle sakumo while he was looking at me , my body froze . I knew that this was the defensive automatic action of the body as it was afraid . I knew that I could not escape from punishment now so I slowly moved forward with an awkward smile on my face .
unlike the kid I was not afraid of training and the more the better . but somehow I didnt want to disappoint uncle sakumo . I guessed that the lingering thoughts of the kid must be influencing me but I also liked the character of this man in front of me .
" sorry uncle , hehe.. I was training and forgot about time . " I did my best to act like a small kid which was a little hard but i managed to do it anyway .
" little ren , I wont blame you as uncle also knows about the excitement that comes from sensing your improvement. I was like that when I was a child too . yosh ! let's train together tomorrow morning then . it's been a while since we did so before. " uncle said with a clear smile but I knew that he was just too good at disgusing his real intent with words . this skill was a must have one for any good businessman so I could not be more familiar with it .
" okay uncle , let's go inside . I want some guidance from you about my training now. I can wait for tomorrow but you have taught me that we should use our time wisely .."
as expected after listening to my words uncle sakumo looked genuinely happy . yosh ! I succeeded in improving my impression to him and now I just have to improve it more with time . things will be much easier with that and most importantly I can ask for more allowance to eat some delicious barbecue at akimichi restaurant.
hehe.. I know that I may sound childish but for any foodie , food is always the priority.
uncle sakumo went inside the house and I followed him quietly. we passed through a small and beautiful garden and arrived inside the personal room of uncle .
uncle smiled at me and asked " so what guidance does my little nephew wants from me ? tell me , I will do my best! "
as expected this man really loved me ( his nephew) . I don't want to rely on slow manipulation as he is kind to me but its necessary. I decided not beat around the Bush after confirming the positive attitude of uncle. " i want to increase my chakra control quickly but I have almost mastered sticking leaf exercise and want uncle to teach me some advanced exercise to improve my control. " I saw that uncle was fine with my request so I decided to add a little fuel. " I want to beat other classmates especially other clan heirs and minato .." I stopped speaking as I could see uncle completely hooked after hearing clan heirs and Minato's name .
hehe... hard training? come on .... I myself am a fan of breaking my limits with training...
