章節 32: Bell of the ball
I'm woken the next day by Jasmine telling me my stylist team are here ,yawning I manage to mumble "wwhaat"
"Your stylist team,sew I knew you weren't listening to me" Jasmine scowls at me,I raise my eyebrows but she just continues scowling so I whine "I do listen to you jazz,its just that sometimes well you bore me ,with your lists we have to do" I think I may have put my foot in it because now she's narrowed her eyes at me ok damage control "anyway jazz ,I no you like to feel responsible and you like taking care of me" "is this surpose to be making me feel better" she buffs but I see her lip twitch so I carry on "and if you think about it,its your own fault" "oh is it ,care to explain how"
"Well you made me lazy,you do everything so good and I'm not complaining but if anyone's at fault here its you" by the time iv finished my little speech Jasmine is laughing which makes me smile I love seeing her happy "go on get out,the team are waiting for you move"she swats my behind scalding my like a child so I quickly run out the room before I can get into more trouble.
In the living room are two people a smiling blond comes towards me with her hand held out "hello hello"she says in an overly cheery voice "my name is Faye and I'm here to give you the face and hair of an angel" wow I can see all her teeth when she smiles, I take in her appearance as I smile and shake hands with her, she has blonde hair ,the longest eyelashes iv ever seen I'm actually surprised she can see anything at all her make up is so thick and bright she looks like she let a toddler give her a makeover, well I'm now dreading what I'm going to look like for the ball next I turn to the quiet man beside her he has a twinkle in his eye as if he can sense what I'm thinking her holds out his hand "hey I'm Alex,I'm you clothes stylist, dont worry your going to look perfect "he gently says, his voice is like honey, his eyes are dark brown but like his smile its soft and kind,"ok ok enough chatter"faye says "we have a busy day to day" and before I know what's happening iv been stripped and shoved into the bath.
I have spent the whole day being prodded and poked I havent had any food and I'm tired ,Faye bloody voice I grinding on me I swear I want to kill someone, as soon a Jasmine realized where my mood was headed she scarpered so I cant even take it out on her so I'm stuck here with Faye.
I'm finally given some toast which I scoff, I'm sick of Faye telling me I need to be a lady, eventually I just close my eyes and try to nap with Faye voice in the background.
I'm prodded awake by Alex "hey had a tough morning?" "How did you guess?"I roll my eyes at him but he just gives me a big smile and says "well your make up is stunning and I have the perfect dress for you,come " he leads me to the bed and helps me to dress then he says "perfect " before leading me to a full length mirror,I gasp when I see myself Faye really has made me look beautiful I never knew I could look like this I look like a different person and the dress Alex has picked out for me is sexy theres no other word for it,its floor length red silk with a slit up the side all the way up to my thigh the back is open till just below my hips and it has a scooped neckline paired with the strappy red hills I'm wearing, it really is a beautiful outfit, I really am stuck with what to say so I just keep staring at myself in the mirror and Alex watches me with a slight smile on his face, when Jasmine walks in she gasps and starts crying which makes me laugh "oh you look beautiful "she sobs while trying to stem the tears them she gives me a big smile and says "you really are going to be the bell of the ball".
