Yang remained silent for a while while gripping the paper in his hands. He looked at it again and then to Shi Ying. 

"Do you want to take it, son?" She asked. Opening a lunchbox with fruits. She proceeded to open the other one with rice and placed it on the small folding table in front of her son, Yang.

"Thank you," Yang uttered as he picked up chopsticks and started picking up the watermelon. 

He was in the middle of his lunch when her mother came unexpectedly. Since she knew that Yang loves to write and read novels just like his father. Her friend had this good publishing company needing an intern so she planned on pushing Yang on it. 

The folders Yang was holding were the papers and application for the internship. "Do you want to take it?" Shi Ying asked, sitting down beside Yang and picking up the tissue. She wiped her son's lips as soon as she saw the red drops of the watermelon.
