章節 82: Kiss.

Well sorry to disappoint you all as this is not the chapter where Tang Ming will battle against other. It'll happen in the next chapter. So bear with me please.

And some people don't like the facts that Tang Ming kneeled in front of Grandmaster. Then I can only say that I've made Tang Ming the student of Grandmaster in the starting chapters even if it's only in name but I can't change it now. So, deal with it. Well, he won't be kneeling again though.

(Tang Ming's POV):-

"If you tried to even ask for not participating or anything, I'll beat you continuously for two hours." I said as I unnaturally turned my head toward him giving the fatty a scare.

And after hearing what I said his face turned ashen as he remembered being beaten continuosly for two hours like a pig.

Seeing that all of them are eating and chatting happily made me a little relaxed. I can sense from their spirit power fluctuations that they all had already reached Spirit Ancestor level even Xiao Wu who in the original only reached level 40 after arriving at Spirit City.

After eating everyone went to their usual routine go train and cultivate after they promised to meet me at the field near the forest.

"Zhu Zhuqing come with me." I said with a stoic face or atleast I tried.

She nodded her head as she followed behind me. After we left the cafeteria we simply strolled around the new academy.

She looked at me as suddenly asked, "Tell me which spirit level you have reached."

I looked at her for a second before answering, "I'm a 56th-level Spirit King."

My answer seemed to shock her as she stopped in her place and stared at me for a few moments.

"Did you drink the wine I gave you before leaving?" I asked as I was curious to know if she had awakened her martial spirit for the second time or mutated by anyway.

"Un." She nodded her head in agreement.

"So anything peculiar happened? Does your spirit awakened for a second time or has it mutated in anyway." I asked with eagerness.

She didn't say anything for a moment before suddenly a dark light surged out from her condensing into a beautiful black coloured lynx. The lynx was covered in black fur all over it with a beautiful shining purple orbs as it's eyes. Overall the appearance was quite beautiful and intimidating. And by the pressure it was emitting, it had surely become a top martial spirit or even slightly more powerful.

"My Hell Civet evolved into Nightmare Lynx after drinking the wine. It's strength and agility rose by several times after evolving." Zhu Zhuqing said with a smile. For her, gaining strength was the most important either to be free from her family or to stand beside Tang Ming. So after finding out that after drinking the wine Tang Ming gave her not only removed all the impurities from her body but also helped to evolve her martial spirit, she was finally seeing the hope to escape from her family's bindings.

"Good good. So did anything other than increasing the attributes happened like gaining some kind of innate ability?" Tang Ming was really happy after knowing that her martial spirit have evolved. But was slightly confused after hearing that after evolving she didn't gain anything special, it's not a given that you will gain some kind of innate ability but sensing the quality of Nightmare Lynx made him have some doubts.

"I did gain an ability called Night Empress which made me twice stronger in nights than day." She said as my eyes widened in surprise. That was such an OP ability.

Cough..cough..not that I'm in any position to say that.

"From what I can see, you're the second strongest after Dai Mubai or maybe stronger than him. You had already reached level 45. And at night you will be able to easily overpower anyone below Spirit King level." I speculated as Zhu Zhuqing nodded her head.

(POV Change):-

Tang Ming then suddenly turned back and started walking closer to Zhu Zhuqing. She was at first confused but looking at his eyes which was looking at her with affection, she suddenly realised what's going to happen as a small blush appeared on her stoic face.

"Tell me Zhuqing, did you miss me?" Tang Ming asked with a gentle smile.

"Un." Zhuqing didn't say anything but only nodded her head while looking down.

Tang Ming then suddenly grabbed her by the waist as he pulled her closer toward him as one of his hand caressed her face lifting it a little. She was surprised by this but didn't resist it as they both looked at each other eye.

"Zhuqing, I won't beat around the bush. You know the first time I saw you at the Rose hotel, I fell in love with you, maybe it's love at first sight or something else. But what I know is I LOVE YOU, so will you be mine." Tang Ming said word to word as right now his heart was beating loudly like a drum. This was the first time he has confessed to anyone in both of his life. He for a fact knew that she too loved him but he didn't know why he was overly nervous.

She looked at Tang Ming for a few moments before shyly nodding her head but her eyes widened in surprise as Tang Ming lips was suddenly planted on hers as he kissed her. She was only surprised for a moment before reciprocating his kiss.

The both of them continued to kiss for a few moments before breaking away. She separated herself away from him as she adopted her usual cold and aloof look except a deep crimson blush can be seen on her cheeks.

"You're so beautiful.." Tang Ming said in a daze as he continue to look at her face only to see Zhuqing turning her head sideway.

"I want to ask you a question, what do you think about me or how do you see me as a person." Tang Ming asked as started walking slowly toward the ground where battle was supposed to happen.

She didn't say anything for a few minutes before speaking :

"Very strong...Prideful...Arrogant but not overly so, Caring...Reliable and C..Cute."

Tang Ming who was relishing in the praise after hearing how she thought about him stumbled down and hit a tree after hearing the last thing she said. He didn't even stood up before looking at her and asked with a disbelieving expression :

"C..Cute not Handsome. You didn't make a mistake in wordings do you?"

She didn't say anything but only nodded her head shyly.

'How the fuçk do I look cute and from which angle.' Tang Ming shouted with indignation in his heart but looking at the Zhuqing face, he knew it was a lost cause and didn't argue. And also being cute in front of his lover is not that bad of an opinion, right?
