章節 242: My Father Loved

I sighed and set my phone down.

"Let me guess, Son. I know that you just cancelled your plans with either Rainie, Joslyn, or Ling Er? Aha, Miss Tang Or Hebe?"

I turned my head and knitted my eyebrows.

"Just tell me whom your fling lovely girl was it, Mu Kang?" he asked.

"Fine, just Ling Er," I told.

My father smiled but not his usual loving smile. 

  "I know that you're her perfect type. But you didn't have to cancel on because of me anyway," He smirked.

"All was done, Papa. Let's go, I'm starving. Shall we go for dinner now?"

He chuckled as he got up and walked out of the room. We went to Great Bei one of our family favorite restaurants that we usually ate at when we were in B city.

  As we sat down, we both order a whiskey while looking over the menu. Then my father leaned back in his chair and shot me that look. The look of him trying to figure me out but please I wasn't the mood for a lecture.
