章節 9: I'm lost for words
The group found a clearing for the horses to rest and the group to have a break. most of the members formed a circle around two people who stood facing each other. A large muscular man with shoulder length black hair, a smirk on his face as two red eyes never let go of its gaze. Holding a giant greatsword leisurely to his side with one hand. His demeaner of a hunter ready to be set loose as one of his strands of hair lay in front of his face.
The other man with his dark medium curly hair with a slight red hue. His piercing blue eyes of opposite contrast to the man before him. His large and muscular frame looking small but fit in front of the opponent he faces. His hands around a longsword as his hands grip the handle tighter in anticipation and nervousness. The sweat on his forehead noticed as Toros walked forward and throws a gold dragon into the air between the two. The coin stays airborne for what seems like minutes at least till it drops to the ground with a thud sound.
Robb see's the coin drop to the ground and looks up quickly from the coin just to see Alexios already in front slamming Dragon's Blood down onto him with a overhead swing. Robb tries to block the attack with his sword quickly but as he raises his sword up to meet Alexios's attack. Alexios stops his his attack by spinning and roundhouse kicking Robb in the jaw. As Robb see's Alexios's blade fly away to the side, he is met with pain under his ear along his jawline. Robb's feet lift from the ground as he gets thrown a few feet away.
His vison fades as darkness takes over. When Robb opens his eyes, he hears some voices near him. "You just had to knock him out, one hit, only one hit and you knocked him out. Talk about rude and disrespectful Alexios." "Why do you think I cancelled my first attack, that at least he lives instead of me chopping him in half." The second voice he can guess is Alexios. "Let's just head out after he wakes up. I already took care of him so he should be fine, I would be surprised if he even has a bruise after my treatment." With that Robb's eyes opened to see a group of people standing over him.
Once on the road again, the group went silent and let its solace comfort their journey. Robb thought it was weird but could understand. He never knew he was so weak, or maybe Alexios was just unnaturally strong. Still now he knew he had to improve himself even a little to catch up somewhat. He knew he probably can't catch up to Alexios who has been training his whole life with a determined attitude but he had to try. This day would mean far more for him than anyone else who was there.
"Winterfell is not far now, another hour or so and we should be upon her gates." Robb said with a smile as he looked forward. Alexios didn't say anything and just kept his eyes forward. William and Garold returned not long ago and while a little bloody, neither were hurt severely. Their tasks were complete not only securing their safety but also to boost the prosperity in the nearby regions for a time. Alexios was thinking of everything that could happen while visiting and wasn't sure if he was ready fully. He was only 15 at the time coming up on his 16th birthday soon.
He knows soon he would be asked to wed, to have an heir, possibly go to war. The visions that plague him, everything was happening so soon and he wasn't sure if him and his men were ready. He only had roughly 10,000 men under him and that compared to the grand scale of things was only a decent force for a medium noble house. A paramount could muster a thousand or so men for each territory under their command. Raising all those not to mention possible mercenaries would carry lots of power.
The very thought worried him and he knew his companions were thinking the same thing ever since he shared his visions with them. They did not doubt or question them. No, they instead asked what should they do or how could we win. Since that day we have been trying to live our lives and strengthen ourselves with the power we wield. I wasn't sure what life would hold for us but I hoped that we would be able to survive the coming storm.

Alexios was surprised since he hasn't checked their skills and such in a long time. He had questioned what William did to make his dagger wielding skills so masterful. William's response confused Alexios till now. "Wielding a dagger has always been second nature to me, It is who I am." Alexios Got off his horse after going to the side and took out his Greatsword.
His comrades knew that when Alexios got like this, it meant he was trying to test something he thought of. Most of the time it was magic but now it was just his weapon. They made a circle around him and drew their weapons facing him. Alexios closed his eyes and felt the cold breeze, Breathing in and out. He began to lash out and deflect the others attacks, He went on for minutes that led to almost an hour.
Robb was off to the side still atop his horse next to his men, all of them wondering what was happening. They were so close to Winterfell but now they were sparing. Right as Robb was about to say something from waiting so long, Alexios slashed downwards with his sword creating a forceful wind current. Alexios's eyes shot open with a smirk on his face, He saw what he wanted.

Just seeing it made Alexios smile and his companions could tell he accomplished what he wanted. everyone started to get atop their horses to continue their journey again. "What was that about Alexios? Just some training to loosen your muscles before meeting my father?" Robb said half joking and half curious as to his answer. Alexios looked forward then tilted his head looking over at Robb.
"Sometimes you just get that itch, when you know your close to breaking through to something special. It could be making a musical piece, a new Recipe for a meal, or even a type of fighting. I broke through my limits and now I know I am better for it." Alexios said casually before looking ahead again. Robb lost in thought and thinking. 'I don't know if I'll ever be able to understand these people but their results don't lie.'

BBQChickenAlertBB I did it everyone, another chapter for you all. I hope you enjoy and be sure to comment anything you wish to bring to my attention or just things you like. Also for anyone wondering. anything with the stat is basically beginner, 2 is average, 3 is Good, 4 is expert or elite level, and 5 is master. Anything higher is the realm of heros and gods. Yes some of our party has stats higher then 5. Their are many with the potential but only a few that follow up on it.
