Astrids POV

I hid behind a rack of clothes. I grabbed a pair of dark sunglasses with a huge hat. It was the best disguise I could come up with, I watched as Elliot talked to a girl that worked in the store.

My patience was wearing thin. I tiptoed behind more racks of clothing, I had no desire to face him. I crept up behind Sloane who was still trying on shoes. "Pfft Sloane" I whisper yelled, she turned around her eyes wide.

"Umm excuse me I don't work here," Sloane said dismissing me. I rolled my eyes at her aloofness, It wasn't like I had drastically changed my appearance.

"Sloane it's me Astrid" I whispered again. She turned once again with a shocked face.

"I could hardly tell it was you with those dark shades. I don't think the hat suits you though" she said with a halfhearted smile. I rolled my eyes not in the mood for some fashion advice.
