All of the hotness he was feeling subsided. His eyes were still closed, but he could feel something going through his body. Someone was singing a song not far away from him. That voice made him calm, as if he was lying down in the fields of clouds. The softness tickling him up, making him sleepy. 

As he slowly opened his eyes, he found this white ceiling facing him. He moved his hand and saw a pretty face singing so slowly. Her hair was tied in a bun, closed eyes and smiling while humming the end of the lyrics. 

Aiden groaned, and that's when Charlotte came back to her senses. The girl blushed to her ears and covered her face. "Please pretend you didn't hear that!" she exclaimed. 

The guy tried to sit instead. The dizziness hit him for a second. After composing himself, he finally spoke. "Did you bring me to the infirmary alone?" His voice was hoarse.
