Before Gabby had time to walk over to Michael, she saw the figure of a young girl approaching the boy first. She was wearing a yellow shirt and light blue jeans. Her long hair was decorated with colorful pins.

Gabby blinked a few times as she saw Michael and the girl walking side by side. The girl carried some paper with her, while her lips continued to open, indicating that she was busy talking to Michael.

Normally, Michael would always put on a flat face, but now he seemed to listen to all the girl's words attentively. Sometimes he nodded his head and opened his lips too.

Among the other freshmen walking out of the meeting room, Michael and the girl stood out even more. 

Gabby also felt intimidated to see the girl. How could she not? She was tall and slender, her face was small like a doll, and her legs which were clad in jeans looked long.

Since she wanted to turn around too quickly, Gabby accidentally stepped on her left foot.
