"Hah?" Gabby whispered.

Michael blinked a few times, ignoring the bread in his mouth. When he saw Adam walking over, the young man tried to swallow.

"Adam do you know that the results of the National Examination are due at 12 o'clock?" Gabby asked incredulously.

'They must have allied themselves to lie to me! How could Adam know Michael's results now?!'

"Yes, I know," Adam chuckled. "But Young Master's achievements are not only breaking records in school, but also in this city! An insider in the education department told the school this good news,"

Seeing Gabby's face grow paler over time made Adam wonder. He looked at Michael and raised his eyebrows, as if to ask, 'What's wrong with her?'

Michael held back his smile then shook his head, telling Adam to leave them. After Adam left, Michael turned and saw Gabby resting her head on the dining table.

"What if I don't pass?"
