Qie Wang and Yan Shanyue got divorced very quickly. The procedures were conducted very smoothly.

Qie Wang finally realized that the marriage was over when he held the signed divorce papers in his hands.

Yan Shanyue felt very relieved after the divorce. "Qie Wang, take care of yourself in the future. I'm leaving."

Qie Wang asked, "Shall we have one last meal together?"

"No, I have an appointment tonight." Yan Shanyue rejected his offer.

"With who?" Qie Wang asked anxiously when he heard that Yan Shanyue had a date.

"A few of my painter friends. They were discussing whether to hold a charity exhibition after the new year. Some of my paintings have been chosen for the event."

"Then I'll give you a lift to the restaurant." Qie Wang offered.
