章節 3: Ch 3 : Angel has fallen (Edited)

"W-what Solomon was captured?!" A Fishman shouted in shock as a small Fishman boy talked to everyone that was gathered around him, one of the very same children that were with the green haired mermaid girl when she was about to get captured by the celestial dragon, the children were now relaying what had happened when they followed Solomon's ship to the surface.

"You mean Solomon protected her, and stopped her from getting captured but in turn he was caught himself?" A Mermaid asked the Fishman child in shock, as she tried to sooth the little green haired mermaid child in her arms who was crying as hard as she possibly could.

The Fishman child simply nodded his head which made all those around, those that were also listening in intensely, open there mouths wide in utter shock and horror for what had happened to Solomon and the children on the surface.

The Fishman child spoke up again as he pointed towards Solomon's giant backpack, "He threw his backpack to get rid of those bad guys and it landed in the ocean, we made sure to bring it back with us." This made everyone stop and look towards the backpack, normally it would be like a little celebration as Solomon would hand out all the things he brought back but now everyone was quite as can be as they looked at the pack.

No one moved for a couple seconds, all deep in thought, that was until Den came out of the crowd, his face set in stone, not letting out any emotion as he opened up the backpack and everything inside spilled out onto the ground, letting everyone see what had been bought.

Medical supplies and medicines, a lot more then what was asked for, there was also paper, tools, spices, children's toys and books, there was so much in the backpack that everyone quickly realised that it was a lot more then what had been asked for and that got everyone talking again.

Why would Solomon buy so much more when they hadn't given him any more money to buy it, and they knew for a fact that he didn't sell it else where.

That's when Den spoke up, "Solo-chan had saved up and was planning to give the orphanage all new things, like toys and educational books... he said it would be a big surprise for all the kids and that he was looking forward to seeing all the smilingfaces. That seeing those smiles would be worth a lot more then what his savings could bring him." Den spoke, just loud enough that everyone could hear him, at that point Den couldn't hold it back anymore and started crying while glening his teeth in frustration. This also set off some others that had just built it up after hearing what Solomon had planned for a surprise, those who had been affected for the better through Solomon's kindness.

After a couple minutes, everyone had settled down a bit and Den spoke up again, "We might not be able to do anything for Solo-chan now but we can make sure his surprise happens, by putting a smile on the faces of all the children of Fishman Island, the home of Creed Solomon!" This got everyone else nodding their heads and wiping their eyes with a renewed expression of determination from Den's speech. But there was still a feeling of guilt from the crowd as they knew this was the best the could do, with the shadow of the world government always looming over them.

Some of those that knew Solomon personally, as a friend, gained a sober look when the worlds home of Solomon was mentioned, it made them all think of only one other person, Shyarly, Solomon's girlfriend.

"So who's going to tell Shyarly?" Someone said aloud, no one spoke up.

"Umm, guys... I've been looking through Solomon's list." The mermaid said as she held up Solomon's note pad, "It says he got engagement rings ... and Shyarly's name is beside it." She said before holding up a ring box that had had a large ring inside that would only fit someone of Shyarly's size.

Everyone started panicking even more in that moment.
