章節 29: "Apologies and confessions"

"Good morning" I said with a slight cough

Everyone turned to look at me, all with worried faces

"Katie" Kc said and engulfed me in a hug, her tears slowly dripping on my shirt. Soon, everybody got up and came to hug me. It was like a family reunion or like the prodigal son and his father.

When they released me we all sat down, Sophia was the one who started the conversation

"Katie forgive us, we didn't know he was doing that to you" she pleaded

"Why didn't you tell us, we're your friends this is what friendship is, we stick together in good times and bad times" Maja said, wow its hard to see Maja get emotional when she's always self reserved maybe I've changed her...

"How long has this been going on?" Nora asked

"All of you should let her rest a bit and eat, remember she didn't eat dinner yesterday just... Maybe later" Christian advised

"Ok whenever you're ready Katie, just call a girls meeting we will all be there" Kc said
