"I can't cut down coffee and having vegan food all three times that's impossible .I also dislike any greens ,"Jayden straightway refused .

"Nothing harms your body more than sugar and caffeine . We will try to get you minimum 6 hours of sleep and for that there will be massages which will help you a lot,"Esther said.
