章節 96: CHAPTER 96: HER CURSE

It is almost a week since we lost Granny. Amerah has not contacted any of us to grieve for grandma. I respect her privacy so I fight the urge to go to her and do what I can to comfort her. The responsibility for that incident is still on my shoulders, I have no idea what must I do to atone for the sin that my family committed. 

"Eve, eat your food. Quit spacing out while eating please, you have not eaten properly since we came back here." I sighed before I placed a spoonful of food in my mouth. I chew slowly and I think I annoy him so he rose from his seat and came near to me. He gets the spoon from my hand and started to scoop, waiting for me to swallow what is in my mouth, "I want to apologize to you before we do the things that we used to do. I want to fix what I broke but I can't endure seeing you like this again." I grab the spoon back from his hand that surprised him.
