"Did you ..." Steve's voice hung in the air as if he wasn't sure if he should finish the question. Curiosity prevailed, however, "did you have fantasies ... about me?"

"I had," admitted Martin and began to lick him.

The mechanic felt a sudden rush of shame. He stopped flushing, glad Paxton couldn't see his face and eyes.

"Don't ask," he asked softly. "What was I supposed to do when you were not with me?"
