章節 54: Chatting the Night Away

Anastasia has a knack on sneaking behind people's backs, but she now thinks that doing so has been giving her nothing but guilt and burdens. 

Being aware of something isn't always a good thing in the end. Then again, there are times that not knowing anything is better. As for her, one of them is what happened this afternoon in the city's aquarium park.

"I can't believe it..." Anastasia brooded silently before slumping against her bed.

"Lucien just kissed a girl."

She had gone home an hour ago together with Cathleen. The redhead had no idea what really happened that time since she got left behind when she sneaked up on Lucien and Eclair back then. That's why she was confused the moment she decided to leave all of the sudden.

On their way home, she was barely responsive to her friend. She kept asking her if she's fine out of concern, but she just couldn't find it in herself to spill the beans. Even she herself was still trying to take everything in.
