"Excuse me a moment," I say as I reach into Eternity and forward in time, then pull out my own two dimensions with the aid of my Main self who is still within one, Eternity is watching me curiously as I form them both into their own universes within my own versions of Eternity that is in essence, a part of me and since I have more than one, my Multiverse. "These are my projects; it is my attempt to create a force powerful enough to save you. Do you mind if I create a link to them within the Sol system once it is created?"
As I speak, I make the Amalgam Universe my core Universe, I will change some aspects soon, for now, I leave it be. It is a strange feeling; it is almost like these creations have become a part of me in some way.
~You are very curious, you know the demise is set in time, and yet you fight it? Oh, yes, please do. I think watching these events will be entertaining at the very least. ~
"It is only set in time if you bow to the will of time, I am now no longer forced to do that. There is only one above me, and if I am honest, that might just be my own mentality holding me back out of respect."
If all else fails I will absorb all the Multiverse into my own Multiverse, but I am not sure how The One Above All would like that, so I would prefer not to.
With a smile I honor my promise to Hela, I remember to move her before I gift her and then hear a scream from within my Multiverse, it resounds throughout the two Universes for a moment then silence follows.
Appearing near to me is Hela with a strange look on her face, "You could have warned me!" I made Hela Death for my Multiverse, within each of my Universe a Death will exist, but Hela will oversee them all. She now has more power than she could have ever imagined, and I feel I have finally paid my debt to this woman.
I slip my arm around her waist and pull her close, then gently kiss her deeply. After a time, I pull away and smile, "Now I no longer feel I owe you. We can move on as equals."
Hela giggles, "Equals huh? You just created an entire Multiverse and speak of being equal. You have some strange concepts."
I look over to Eternity, "No entity from my Multiverse shall cause harm in your Universe without due cause, I would like you to swear the same for your Universe."
No entity within me is able to leave me, so that should not be a concern. If it were to change, I will ensure their behavior does not harm your Multiverse. (They are referring to Abstract entities, not people)
"Good." I have allowed my Universe to follow his in its path of growth but will set some to oversee some aspects, like my Lady Death. I look towards Hela who seems to be fascinated with her changes.
I need to let this Multiverse settle and maybe even create more universe's, I will basically be like a scientist trying to create the strongest strain of a vaccine, my main body moves out the dimension it was in and links a phantom version of Heven as the doorway to the new Multiverse, it will become real once I take control of the real one in the future. This will be the only way in for those without the power to Multiverse hop, then I (main me) starts to oversee the entire Multiverse as I (Ava) head back into Eternity to continue with my plans.
The first thing I do is hover within the Universe and allow my senses to stretch out, I plan to make another Universe based on this one but to do that I need to make sure I know this one well.
Unlike The One Above All I plan on taking an active role in nurturing my Universe, so as to avoid constant restarts and losing those with great potential.
I watch the creation of various cosmic beings. At the time Sol settles my main body has all it needs to create its third universe, and it does. I keep watching as the Watchers try to help and then fail to save the civilizations on the planet Prosilicus and then agree to only record all events in the universe and to no longer interfere (yeah right).
Slowly the planet Earth creates life, due to its natural magical energies, some call the Demiurge, it creates the Elder Gods, as this event happens I grin, it is still approximately 3 billion years from the present and a long time before the Celestials arrive, but it is about to get interesting. (One version of history says 3 billion and one says 4, I went with 3)
David M, Multiverse D (yeah, I just made that up), 3 Billion years from Present:
I turn to Eternity who is watching my newly created Universe, the "copy" of his.
[My attempt to explain my plans to date, sorry if it gets confusing but it makes sense to me, really.]
"I am going to try to change things in mine and see what happens. I found out I cannot just give mortals the powers they need for this fight, their minds, and sometimes their bodies are unable to handle it." I realize he might be bored, unlike me he is just letting things happen, at least at this point.
~That I understand, I can understand you creating the Amalgamated Universe. The one where you are taking people from a nanosecond in my Universe and another one I do not. ~ (He means David is taking someone a moment before their time, so they continue to exist normally, but a version of them now exists within the new world)
"Ah, well. When the mortals arrive, they touch the first pillar, this records their powers and current power levels. The second pillar will add any additional complimentary powers they might benefit from, the last one on the Earth they touch records any changes to their powers and passes it on to anyone else who is determined as capable of handling them. I am hoping that this way I can create a fighting force at the peak for their abilities to fight the ground forces of the Beyonders."
~There are some that have no powers within my Universe but have handled them like they were meant for them within yours, I find this curious. The creation of my Universe included the possibility that if someone was able to gain power, they should. ~
"You are referring to people like Mary, Captain Marvel (DC version)? Yeah, I agree, it seems you were destined to have unified heroes within you, like the power of Shazam. Something and I think it might be the Beyonders, has been affecting your timeline and preventing these heroes from gaining power. Although the fate of these heroes who do not gain powers seems very personal."
Eternity seems to go quiet for a while, during this time I speed up my new Universe, so it runs slightly ahead of the original. I look into the Amalgam Universe and notice that it had reached the WW2 stage, Clark Kent is being given a super-soldier serum that is not only made up of earthly elements, but also the cells of an alien corpse.
They give him the formula as well as a dose of solar radiation. I watch as he receives his power, oh they have to put power dampers on him for his own safety, or so they tell him. Even with the dampers, he is theorized to lift 1 million tons so I guess that scared them.
He has a vast array of powers, from what I know he is better off than Kal since even if "Green K is used on him, he has an almost instant healing factor that is not affected by it. It might be time to give Kal an upgrade. It seems like the serum was tailor-made to counter Kryptonians weaknesses. (If it was not obvious, in the Amalgam Universe Marvel and DC combined heroes and villains, Super-Soldier is Captain America and Superman, I did not make it up, they exist.)
Suddenly Eternity speaks again, ~Then the Earth dimension with all the sleepers? ~
"Ah, this is something I am testing. I have taken a nonheroic version of Earth (Like ours) back to the 21st century. Then based on two criteria I will take their souls as agreed with Lady Hela and give them a chance. I let them dream within the worlds they want and see how much power they are able to gain. If they start to gain any real power I will move them from being a sleeper and create the world for them they dreamt about to help them grow further."
~What two criteria do they need to meet? ~
"They need to engage with fantasy type fiction, and they need to have died when hit by a truck. I believe with these criteria the souls would be most accepting of the scenario I place them in."
~How many have rejected the scenario so far? ~
"None," I say with a proud tone in my voice.
