章節 13: Is Home Even Home Anymore?
Chapter 13
FLASHBACK
It's been 3 days since I've seen my father. And I still don't know what to do, should I got back to a place I never really called home or should I forget about my past and stay with my new family?
I don't think it is a good idea for me to go back to my old life, it's not the same and it will never go back to being the same.
PRESENT
Mazikeen was in her bedroom looking up at the ceiling. "What am I going to do Maddie?"
Maddie looks at her, " well you could try it out for a few days. you know say you'll take a week if it's not for you then."
Mazikeen looked at her while sitting up, " you sure?" Maddie chucked "I'm sure".
Later on that evening Mazikeen was in the village looking around for something to do. she was very bored and was procrastinating on making a decision on whether or not to go home or to stay where she is now.
she walking up yo a little store that had just opened this month. Mazikeen went inside and looked around for a few minutes. Before he was about to leave the shop she comes across a picture, in the picture was the lady behind the desk who she thinks is the owner and Superman. Mazikeen turned around and looks at the lady, " You meet Superman?" she asked very calmly And clear-headed. The Lady from behind the desk turned to her and answers, "Yes, I did. I meet him a few years back. You know he misses you Mazikeen."
Mazikeen's POV:
At that moment I stepped back from her, I didn't know who she was or how she knew my name. but somehow she did. "Who...Who are you??"
I watched her come around the desk and put her hand on my shoulder. "My name is Diana, I am a friend of your fathers." I looked at her I was too scared yo say anything so I just stood there.
