Yitian had to react quickly. He made swift movement backward and got to try out the close-range bayonet in the actual battle. He pressed the combination right after he moved backward and blocked a shiny silverish blade that was heading his way. Be any slower and he would receive tremendous damage.
Or maybe he wouldn't. Because when Chao pierced the body heading his way, it disappeared almost instantly and its HP was really low.
But there was another one of those black bodies, same shape, same sword, name, and amount of HP.
"Shadow clones," Wei said, and Chao had to agree with him. The boss had an unlimited amount of shadows that he could produce and stay hidden in the darkness. The perfect strategy.
"Yitian, get back to Huobai. Use fire spells so we would see. When you see the boss go for him! You have further range than all of us," Chao said hurriedly, as the situation required, but Yitian perfectly understood.
Honestly, I will admit that I'm writing it around 3 to 4 am. And today... I completely forgot what was supposed to be this chapter about xD
Well, because their relationship is somewhat stable for now, I want to focus a bit more on the game side. For few chaps... :D
