Lisa's POV

I could feel the shaking of my body as I dialed my brothers' number, and I knew one year was enough for me to hide from him and my entire family. I hope that my John could explain to my parents why I needed to be away from this long. And I am still hoping that I am forgiven for what I had done.

"Hello!" I heard my brother's voice on the other line, and I couldn't stop my tears from falling on my cheeks right away as I listened to my brother's voice, and I realized how much I missed him and I couldn't even after a single word as I continue to weep.

"Hello, who is this please?" He asked when I didn't say a thing, and then I felt my shoulders shake as I tried to control all the emotions that I felt.

"Lisa, is that you? If you are my sister, don't hang up, I miss you so much, little sister." He said on the other line, and I cried harder because I thought he would be angry with me, but his soft voice made me cry even more.
