章節 75: Discharge 

The thought of my marriage failing scared me. I loved her so much, but how could things end up like this. Was I really not enough? Why would she do something like this to me?

The whole time I stayed awake I couldn't tell what to believe. I was so much preoccupied with my own thoughts that I didn't even notice when Gina woke up.

"Hey, where am I"? I heard her soft voice say.

I jolted my heart towards her as I helped her sit on the bed. "You are at the hospital".

"Why"? She asked me, confused. 

"You were injured honey. They had to stitch your scalp". I chucked through my pain of seeing her in pain. This was not the right time to bring up the subject of my dilemma. Whatever was the truth, she was injured, and I needed to take care of her.

"Ahh" she grimaced in pain when she tried to touch her scalp. I held her hand and removed it from there.

"Take some rest. I will get the doctor". I smiled at her and left.
