Without anything close to a warning, a bright yellowish light blinded my vision, accompanied by an amazing heat that seemed to melt the flesh. It was wild and uncontrollable, its fury eating away anything it touched. It was unlike anything that I'd seen before—unlike anything that anyone had seen before.
When everyone had escaped and steered away from the flames, she was there, the sole fuel to the fire's wrath. She couldn't see or hear my desperate calls—she couldn't even hear herself. Her eyes glowed purple, so brightly that it couldn't be anything normal. Her hair, lit golden with fire. She was there, but it wasn't the Violet I know.
I could feel it as clearly as day—the anger and sadness she felt. Like water in an overflowed river, spilling without an end. She was drowning, losing to the pain the world had caused her. This was her revenge—her last fight.
Hello!~ At this point, I might as well be taking a hiatus from writing xD.
Fortunately, now that I'm done with my hectic university schedule, I'll be able to spend a lot more time writing over the summer! While it's been a long time since I've written here, I'll do my best to finish this story and (hopefully) compensate for the time you've spent waiting for me!
Thank you so much for still being here (it means a lot to me!) and thank you for liking this story! I hope you have a nice day!
