章節 73: Leaving so soon

Isabella's pov:

"Leaving so soon." 

I heard his low creepy voice somewhere in the dark and my feet rooted to the ground. 

I thought he left. 

Mason was in front of me and I stepped close to him. He too was standing still like me, peering at something in the dark. I noticed him taking out his gun slowly from his pants. 

"Don't even think about it, you f**king backstabber." He spoke again and this time he sounded so close. 

Someone grabbed me from behind and I let out a startled gasp due to the sudden surprise. 

"Shhhhh, calm down senorita. You will serve as my bait." he whispered near my ear and had his arms around my body, holding me up against his chest. My arms were inside his tight lock and I couldn't breathe. My ribs felt like crushing any minute. 

"Mason.." I tried calling him but was cut off by a humorless chuckle.
