章節 33: Chapter 32
" You look great Ruby. " Yang said while looking at her sister.
" Thanks Yang but why do I have to wear these stupid heals? " Ruby asked.
" Because it's improper to wear shoes to ball. " Weiss said after getting ready.
" Sigh but still this feels weird though. " Blake said.
" I'm more nervous than embarrassed right now. " Jeanne said.
" Relax Jeanne you'll be fine besides you look great. " Nora said.
" She's right you know. " Pyrrha said. " Besides it's a ball let's just have fun and relax for a bit. "
" That's something I can work with. " Jeanne said.
" That's the spirit. " Coco said as she slapped Jeannes ass. Jeanne yelped a bit.
" I still don't know why you do that? "
" Simple because it's fun. " Coco said.
The ball was about to begin as everything was set up. The walls were decorated with different ornaments that make this look like a regular classic ball.
The girls and guys were wearing their specific clothes for the occasion.
Ruby was wearing a red and black dress that ended with the red frills approaching her mid thigh level. She wore black stockings on her legs that covered them till just above her mid thigh. She had a flower clip in her hair while wearing heels.
Yang was wearing a gold dress that went down to her mid leg with a slit on the sides. Her dress was luckily big enough to hold her beasts however people still stared at them.
Weiss was wearing a white dress with some light blue highlights that went down to her legs. The dress has snowflake designs on it which fit her considering who she is.
Blake was wearing a black dress that stuck to her curves highlighting them and went down to her legs. She also a had slit on the dress on the side.
Jeanne wore a white dress similar to the one Jaunne wore in the actual show but it wasn't poofy as it it instead flowed down to her legs similar to Weisses dress.
Rin decided to go with a simple black dress to the ball which actually fit her well as it brought out her beauty.
Pyrrha wore a red dress that was similar to a Chinese dress. She wore white gloves that reached her upper arm and wore black leggings.
Nora wore the pink dress that she wore in the show while also having a wing hair clip on her head.
Coco decided to wear a short dress that went to her mid thigh while the dress also exposed her cleaveage a bit.
Velvet wore a brown dress that had slits on both sides with the cloth being long in the front and back. She also wore black leggings.
The guys on the other hand decided to wear the same thing. A black tux with white under shirt with a black tie. As Sun put it,
" I want people to know that we are a group so we will wear matching clothes. "
They agreed and just went with it even when the girls had told them to wear something different for each of them.

Nova went towards the punch bowl to get a drink. On the way he saw Ruby and Jeanne there.
" Yo how's the party? " Both of them looked at him.
" Its okay but I still hate these heels. " Ruby said." Also why did you remove your mask? "
" Same but it's more like I'm not good with interactions and my question is the same as Rubies." Jeanne said.
" I see and the reason was because Weiss and Coco was about to lecture me on why I shouldn't wear a mask to the ball. Well do you want to dance with me? "
Ruby and Jeanne looked at him and then at each other.
" Sure. " They both said.
" Okay. I'll dance with Ruby first then Jeanne. That all right. "
" That's fine." Jeanne said. Nova then took Ruby to the dance floor. Ruby was a little nervous considering she was dancing with her crush. Nova noticed though.
" Relax Ruby and just follow my lead. "
Ruby then followed Novas lead and got the hang of it after stepping on Novas toes a couple of times.
" This is nice. " Ruby said. Nova raised an eyebrow at her.
" After everything that happened it's nice just to calm down and relax. "
" I know what you mean but I became a battle junkie so I like to fight most of the time. "
" Is that why your in the forest a lot? "
" Yep. "
" So you like our company. "
" Yep. So how was your first dance. "
" Amazing. "
" That's good. "
After finishing his dance with Ruby Nova headed to Jeanne and took to the dance floor. Jeanne was similar to Ruby for dancing and stepped on Novas toes a lot but Nova was patient while also screaming in pain in his mind.Nova complimented Jeanne on how she looked when she got nervous which made her blush and then smile it.
Weiss was up next as Nova took to the dance floor. She knew how to dance considering she was required too but Nova cheered her up a bit making her smile.
Nova then went to Blake as they danced. Nova and Blake talked about books that they like while having a few arguments on the stupidity of some scenes but all in all they had fun.
Nova danced with Velvet next and she was a blushing mess but Nova calmed her down with some jokes. They just enjoyed their time talking and dancing.
Nova danced with Nora and she was energetic while dancing.Nova gave in and decided to humour her and fun dancing with Nora.
Rin was the opposite of Nora and was similar to Blake while dancing but the topic was the manga created by DIO. Nova had to stop the fanboy in him from saying the golden words,
" You thought it was Nova but it was me DIO!! "
It took a lot of restraint.
Dancing with Pyrrha was enjoyable. Both Pyrrha and Nova liked fighting so they got along great while talking and decided to get a bit fancy with their moves.
As Nova danced with Coco they mostly insulted each other a few times but laughed considering that's what they do on a regular basis but they laughed in the end enjoying each other's company since most people don't mess with Coco.
Yang was the last one since she mostly hung out with her other friends for a bit before Nova asked her to dance. Yang mostly made puns while Nova made some as well and it became a pun war. Yang also flirted with Nova but because of gamers mind he wasn't effected as much and retaliated which left Yang a blushing mess.However right when they stopped Yang made a bold move and kissed Nova on the lips before walking away.
' Well played. ' Nova thought before leaving however he felt a chill and used observation. Apparently the other girls were raging inside.
' Fuck this shit I'm out. ' Nova thought before leaving.

Nova walked across the campus enjoying the nice cool breeze.
' Sigh. That was nice but now Cinder should be showing up soon. '
Nova then blended into the shadows while using observation haki to check on Cinder. He found her and waited for her to exit the room.
When she did he went toward her. Getting close to her he released his footwork to make sound which alerted Cinder as she went on gaurd and looked behind her.
She stared at Nova with her hood covering her face while Nova stared back. Cinder didn't speak as she sent a fire based projectiles using glass at him.
Nova dodged each of them with minimal effort as he rushed in. Cinder was on gaurd as she created fire pillars. Nova dodged them while Cinder threw a fireball after using the pillars to lure him.
' Black tortoise. '
Nova got into the stance and punched dissipating the fire ball and the punch still went towards Cinder. She dodged to her right but Nova closed in on her and got into hand to hand range.
Cinder noticed and tried to push him away using a burst of fire all around but Nova was faster as he kicked her in the gut after taking a punch.
Cinder flew away after spitting out some saliva and rolled on the ground before getting up. Nova was about to attack but,
" What's going on? " Ironwood asked as he arrived at the scene. Nova looked at him as Cinder got away while Nova was ' distracted.'
" Oh that someone was here and came out of the security system. You might want to have a look at that. " Nova said.
" I see. What about the person? "
" Got away while you were coming and I was distracted. "
" Oh. Well you will have to come with me then. "
" Lead the way. "
