Even after the merman pulled away, Tao's lips still tingled as if it was caught on fire. His lashes trembled, a hum quivering in his heart as he gasped for breath.

The lips that had been showering him with kisses were slightly swollen, a shade of red that Tao had never seen on the merman's lips before. The moist plumpness lured him to lean over and try for another kiss, but a tinge of rationale told him to calm down a little first. He was getting carried away.

He pressed against the hard muscles stretching over the man's shoulders, subtly telling him to ease his hold before Tao would melt into a puddle from all the raging hormones and the need to jump the guy's bones.

The merman was obedient to the bone. With just a slight push, the thick arms eased off Tao's waist, and Tao felt like he could breathe once more.
