章節 102: Aftermath
Once they were out Rabin teleported them back to the battlefield and the scenario scene in front of them when they teleported back was grim.
Nearly everything was on fire. All the buildings were broken into pieces not a single building was left intact. There was a massive hole in the middle of the battlefield where Bazu exploded. The battlefield was filled with burning corpses.
Only a few people who were on the battlefield managed to escape from the explosion completely and they were the Thunder Pirates, who were currently on a hill near the battlefield looking towards the battlefield,.
Another person who escaped the explosion was Dragon. He was currently putting out the fire in the general area where Garp, Luffy, and Sabo were.
The next one was Marco. He was currently searching for various members of the Whitebeard Pirates and saving them.
Kizaru despite being injured had also managed to escape the explosion and was also looking towards the battlefield from afar.
Allan the elder who was fighting Dragon was the first to know that Bazu was going to self-destruct so he ran away very early on. He was also near Kizaru looking towards the battlefield.
The last person who was able to escape unscathed from the battlefield was Boa Hancock. She was just watching the battle play out without participating in the battle. After watching the battle for a while she concluded that Marines were going to be destroyed. She decided she had seen enough and staying any longer would be a waste of her time.
Before she left she looked at Rabin who was at a top of a hill next to Blackbeard's body and was about to shoot Bazu. After looking at Rabin briefly she left the battlefield and went towards her ship.
When the explosion occurred she had already started sailing back towards Amazon lily. Her ship started to shake violently. She looked back to see what happened and just saw a Marineford engulfed in flames. She turned her ship back and started heading towards Marineford to see what happened.
The rest of the people who were on the battlefield all got caught in the explosion. The ones who were towards the edge of the battlefield were relatively fine compared to those who were towards the center of the battlefield because Bazu exploded in the center of the battlefield.
All of the warlords except for Doflamingo and Boa Hancock were towards the edge of the battlefield. All of the warlords survived but they all had different levels of injuries because of their strength and their location.
Jimbe was badly injured and could barely move around.
Geko Moria was also injured and was not in a fighting condition and the same goes for Crocodile. Kuma was relatively well compared to Jimbe and Geko because he could at least defend himself if someone tried to attack him.
The warlord who was caught in the explosion and suffered the least amount of injuries was Mihawk. He had some burn marks on his chest and was sweating a lot but except that he was fine. This was because he was the strongest among all the Warlords and also because he was the farthest away from the explosion compared to other warlords.
Mihawk slowly stood up from the ground and looked around. Vista also stood up, right next to him. Vista was also not hurt that badly. Vista looked at Mihawk.
"Let's continue our duel elsewhere Mihawk. I need to help my family out first."
Vista ran off to search and to help other members of Whitebeard Pirates.
Smoker and Hina were also towards the edge so they also managed to survive but they were also hurt badly. Some of the vice admirals had died while some survived but those who survived were hurt pretty badly.
Dragon was finally able to find Sabo, Luffy, Garp, and Tsuru. All four of them were under a lot of rocks and dust. And the reason why Dragon found them was because Luffy increased the size of his body which cleared the dust and rocks covering them.
Dragon immediately rushed towards there. Marco and Vista also saw that and went to save Ace.
Garp's back was completely burned. He even got hit in the back by a massive rock while protecting Ace and Luffy. But despite all that Garp slowly stood up. Ace and Luffy both were beneath Garp.
Ace was not hurt that much at all thanks to his devil fruit and Luffy had some. Burnt mark on his hands and legs.
Dragon looked at Garp. "Are you fine old man?"
Garp laughed. "How can I not be fine. If you are fine after that little explosion then how can your dad be hurt by it."
Luffy saw Garp's back and yelled with the eyes full of tears. "No, you are not fine, look at your back."
Dragon moved towards Sabo who had burn marks all over his body and was currently laying on the ground without moving. He touched his hand to feel his pulse.
He let out a sigh of relief. "Thank God he is still alive."
Ace and Luffy both saw Sabo and ran towards him. They were about to touch him but Dragon created a huge gust of wind and pushed them back.
"Don't touch him he is alive but he is in serious condition."
Vista and Marco both arrived there. They ran towards Ace and hugged him. Ace didn't care about them right now. Ace and Luffy were only thinking about saving Sabo.
Luffy finally saw someone who could save Sabo and that someone was Rabin.
