[Rhia's POV]

Rhia sat on her bed adjacent to a jalousie window. It's been almost a week since she found out Adrian went to a strip club. She hasn't spoken to him since, and he hasn't either. It's as if Adrian simply let her be instead of apologizing for what he's done.

Knees pulled against her chest, Rhia wiped the tears threatening to fall and hooked a strand of loose hair to the back of her ear. Was she being overdramatic? It's not like it's been confirmed that Adrian hooked up with a random girl at the strip club. Even his siblings said he just went to see a friend.

Rhia glanced at the framed photo of her and Adrian above a small bookshelf beside her bed. It was taken on their third anniversary at Mount Samat National Shrine in Bataan. They had the biggest smile on their faces with the ninety-five meter tall Memorial Cross stood in the background.
