The sun. The sky.....are but a distant memory for me....but somwhere deep inside of me I want to see it again....
I look at the walls covered in claw marks.
I rest my head on my arms as I look at it.
There was a time I would ram myself against these walls to escape.
But I know its a meaningless struggle.
I can't simply escape from this place with simply brute strength.
I need smarts along with strength.
If I make it seem I have given up on escaping from this place they won't be as wary of me.
I just have to hide in the shadows and find the right moment.
And strength.
I am an alpha wolf. My mother and father always told me this since I was young about alphas.
They are stronger than the rest and they evolve as time goes on.
They have the ability to communicate to others through their minds.
Humans do know about our system.
But they do not know the abilities of an alpha.
My little brother takes on that part.
He is a beta wolf a warrior. I have communicated with most wolves apart of my group demanding them to treat my comrade #791 as alpha.
So that the scientist think she is the alpha and I'm not.
#791 is the only one among the rest made by men that can speak. She is not smart but I see she has more emotions than the rest.
She treats me respectfully and protects my brother.
My brother may be a beta and be big but he is fragile.
He will have a mental breakdown everytime he kills a human.
He is the reason I want to escape.
I glance sneakily at the camera on top of my cell.
The humans make sure everything is recorded on the cameras. And are constantly monitering it.
The next time they pull us into their sick game I am planning on getting rid of those cameras.
Luckily its not a rare thing for us werewolves to destroy them.
The rest made by humans destroy them thinking they are getting the humans watching them.
So its not going to be a shock.
After I destroy it I am going to find the vents.
The humans think we are to dumb to think we will go up them.
Since me and brother were young they have been hypnotizing us to be dumb like the rest.
Luckily I am an alpha I was able to shake it off and help my brother through it since he is a beta.
I look down to my coat covered in blood.
The collars on our necks is no problem.
They think I am weaker than my brother so they dont have the voltage high. And the chip in my brain I can destroy it now.
I have evolved to the point I am able to destroy it along with my brothers and the others.
But even if I am unable to escape knowing brother can make it out is all I need.
I play dazedly with the pendant in my mouth.
'I will give this to brother next time we meet.'
