While the average-grade, beast-pulled carriages which were carriages pulled by less powerful beasts belonged to the higher-ups of his organization.

Not long, the beast-drawn carriage arrived before the Imperial Herb House. Then Alex came down from it and stepped into the building.

Immediately he entered, he met the workers who humbly greeted him. Then one came to meet him and took him to Layla's office.
