Bryan had the habit of waking up early and due to his schedule he couldn't really gets more time for sleeping. He used to work out usually as fitness was second amongst the most important things he does. The Jones mansion's speciality was it's gym which was beautifully put in the little yard they had in the back. It was usually unused as nobody actually goes there. 

It was a space of Bryan and only built for him. Mia didn't like gyming she said. "Gyming drains the wonderful food you had, so why to eat when you have to drain it already??" .. That was what she said to others but the main reason hindered behind this was, Mia the queen of Food kingdom was really lazy... ;)
