章節 131: Christmas Confession

Was that confession a bit sudden? Yeah. But honestly, I don't understand girls, and you can't expect me to think from a girl's perspective. So basically I'm going to break down what went through Feng Mian's head right here. For girls reading this, please let me know how wrong I am in attempting to reenact a girl's thought process.

Originally, she wasn't planning to confess today. Though she was thinking about it, today was more of just a Christmas date to her. However, after the phone call with Yu An Yan...she felt a sudden pang of urgency, one that told her if she didn't confess now someone else (one of the other girls) will get ahead of her...

And so, she resolved herself and hoped for the best. Mei Gui realized her intentions, and helped the two of them be alone. It's just paying back Feng Mian taking her shopping and stuff before. Originally, Mei Gui wanted to kill everyone else close to Xuan Kai for fear of danger, but now she's come to understand the other girls, and become more or less, friends with them.

Now then...Xuan Kai here is in a bit of a predicament...one far worse than being faced with a Midnight Syndicate member...because in a fight, at least he knows how to handle himself. But in this case? He has no experience whatsoever. Look forward to see how he handles this, and the character development that will ensue.
