章節 285: Chapter 285 What is Worse?
After Xiang put his clothes back on, being careful of his wounds once Kat glared at him, there really wasn't anything else to that day, and soon the moon had taken its place high in the sky.. Kat once again debated over telling the explicit details of the death the other day.
And she was still unsure about that. She knew she still didn't feel bad, and that thought was starting to stick in her mind. She wasn't sure if the fact she had that concern at all meant she was alright… or if it was making things worse, acting a stopgap so she could feel a little bad instead of completely horrible.

Vongrak I would love to know what you guys think is worse to do to them. Xiang is right, that they believe being permanently crippled is a fate worse than death… but neither Kat nor Xiang know enough to ensure it is permanent… so which is worse?
Personally, I think killing still is worse. My worldview fundamentally means that death is always the worst outcome, so even if they tell me it’s worse after the fact or before… well they are still alive to complain and I can live with that. Can Kat and Xiang though? That is the question.
Also to be very clear, we are talking about destroying cultivation potential, not chopping of legs or whatever
