章節 31: Leveling Up Finally After Sweat And Tears

Deb Oh studied during the week and the remainder of her weekend. Her instructor left the class with a study guide and sobbing story of how she could not make it to proctor their exam and asked that a student volunteer to be a stand in for her on that day.

"Hold on a minute! Is she freaking kidding?! How is a student suppose to proctor an exam when they should be focused on answering the exam question?! Prof. Din is out of her freaking mind! So you the student would now be under extra pressure to study for an exam and be the one to keep an eye for your other classmates in case they cheat on the exam?! Wow! This woman is out of it!"

Deb Oh kept the thought to herself as listened to her instructor ramble on during the class conference meeting online which was moved from face to face to an online format as a result of the contagious disease that swept the country killing both young and old people.

"I don't care anymore! I only have space to think of how I'll study to pass the exam and escape from the curse of 138 points on my exams! This time I want to get at least a 144 points out of 150 point! Please God! Help me! I can't afford to get 138 points again!"

Deb Oh fervently gave an heartfelt prayer which was marked by anger and frustration at her daunting circumstance.

Deb Oh read until it was 11am and took a bath in time to make it for her 11:30am exam scheduled for that Monday.

"What in the world is going on?! No internet?!! I'm locked out! Why is the camera in locked?! I don't want the instructor to think I'm cheating on the exam!"

Deb Oh frantically sent a message to her class instructor but due to nerves she sent the message erroneously to the whole class.

Deb Oh kept trying until she eventually gained access after 15 minutes after the scheduled exam for 11:30am. At 12:58pm she finished her exam feeling sore from sitting in one position for almost 2 hours. Deb Oh froze when she saw what appeared on her screen after hitting the submit button on the last question.

"I can't believe it! Finally! A score over 140 points! Wheew!!!! Leveling up finally after sweat and tears!"

Deb Oh temporarily forgot that she had her camera on while celebrating her victory on the recent exam.
