Their objective is to develop these children to become economic self dependent and responsible adults as well. She also told him, she loves to sing and listen to music. " Music is my favourite therapy" she said with smiles on her face. They exchanged numbers as she got to her destination.
She was very thankful to David for giving her a lift because her bus was just about leaving. She joined the bus and the driver set off because she was the only one they were waiting for. On their way, she saw David's Company and smiled at herself. She pulled her seat back and relaxed in the bus because she felt sleepy. She fell asleep after having a conversation with her colleagues who sat close to her. She woke up after two and a half hours stretched and took a book to read. After a three hour's drive, they got to a rest stop and the driver stopped for them to stretch, use the washroom and buy food and water since they still had to drive for three hours before they get to their destination. They all joined the bus after twenty minutes and continued their journey till they reached the venue.
Thirty-seven minutes after they arrived, she had a phone call and it was David. Out of embarrassment, she told him she was just about calling him to tell her she had reached. She just wanted to settle down first. He then told her that he was ending the call for her to call him then. He hanged up and she called him. She thanked and told him how helpful his lift was. He then told her he called to see if she arrived safely. She giggled and thanked him. She then asked to be excused since she was preparing to go for the opening ceremony. She promised to call him back but she never did until he called her back after three days.
Phyllis apologised for not honouring her promise and they began to have a conversation. They spoke late into the night since he called in the evening and she wasn't busy. They talked about their work, life experiences and their dreams before they hanged up. David called her again and this time their conversation was intimate.
