During dinner, Shouko ignored Kyoya's furtive glances as she fully focused on Yuuya. She was still furious with him! How could he act as shameless as that? Even though Yuuya still didn't understand it, her face flushed at the thought of their conversation earlier.

"...Wife," Kyoya cautiously called out to his wife.

Shouko paid no heed to him. Yuuya, who sat beside Shouko, looking back and forth from his Mommy and Daddy.

"I want some teriyaki chicken too," Kyoya tilted his rice bowl over, indicating for his wife to put some into it, "Please? Take it for me?"

Shouko clipped the chicken but she placed it on top of Yuuya's rice. When her gaze met her husband's, she turned her head and harrumphed.

There were only the three of them in the dining room. Kyoya dismissed Old Toshio and the other maids so as to give their family of three a bit of privacy.
