Maybe both of them already discussed about it and Tom doesn't change his mind for the security protocols, and I understand like Mark said those are not police protocols, Tom implemented these protocols out of love towards Mona and it's his responsibility to take good care of Mona for her safety. So I tried to convince her and indirectly supported Tom.)
