White noise was ringing in Calder's ears as wisps of light flickered into his vision. He blinked a few more times and suddenly he felt a wave of nausea hit him. He quickly sat up and turned. He vomited violently as he felt a warm hand on his back, patting him in comfort. "How do you feel?" 

"He's awake now, let's get going." Britille said coldly. Calder took a few deep breaths in and out, trying hard to stabilize his stomach. "... I told you I want to make sure he is okay before we go." Syria said flatly. Calder's eyes grew wide. He quickly turned and grabbed onto Syria's wrist. "I'm fine." He said as he narrowed his gaze and wiped the saliva from his mouth with his sleeve. Syria flinched.
