After Sam sent that message, all the players halted their actions for a moment.

They don't know what Sam is going to do with this knowledge of their locations and movements.

They got a bit scared and that is exactly what Sam wanted.

He wanted to see who will make the first move and if no one did and they just waited, the better it is for him.
