Wang Yu took Li Zi Yun for check up. He had so many questions and they left the hospital only after Wang Yu had clarified all his doubts. He wanted to take care of his wife himself and from to exercise and sleep, he wanted to know everything that would help Li Zi Yun have a normal pregnancy. Li Zi Yun was quite touched when she saw Wang Yu's effort.
Li Zi Yun was leaning on Wang Yu's shoulder while returning home. She had to be extra careful now, since there was another life inside her. Li Zi Yun looked outside and saw that they were taking a different route today.
Li Zi Yun asked her husband, "Where are we going?"
Wang Yu simply answered, "Home"
"But this is not the way to home"
"You will see"
After some time, Li Zi Yun saw the car entering a gated community. She could remember coming here but could not exactly remember when.
After five minutes, the car entered another gate and stopped in front of a huge mansion. Li Zi Yun was confused why Wang Yu had brought her here. Without saying a word, Wang Yu got down and opened the car door for Li Zi Yun to get down.
Li Zi Yun asked Wang Yu, "What is this place?"
Wang Yu said with a smile, "Our home"
"Our home? When did you…?"
Wang Yu took Li Zi Yun's hand and entered the mansion with her, "Come with me"
Li Zi Yun entered with Wang Yu and saw that there were more than fifteen maids inside the house ready to greet them. She could recognize some of them from the Wang Residence. Everyone was bowing to them as they entered.
Wang Yu was holding Li Zi Yun against him as he walked. He said quietly, "You're pregnant now. I do not want you to do any work from now onwards. They will take care of cooking, cleaning, washing and everything else. All you have to do is take care of your health"
"Baby but…"
Wang Yu placed a finger on Li Zi Yun's lips, "No buts. Come I'll show you around the house"
The house was located in a separate locality with only ten other houses in that area. Every house was constructed in a large estate and Chu Yan's house and the Zhao family's house were on either side of Wang Yu and Li Zi Yun's house now. The security also was tightened in that gated community that even drones were not allowed to fly near their houses. Wang Yu wanted this house to be his family home now and he wanted his child to grow up here. Everything that he and Li Zi Yun would want was built in inside the house. There was even a sauna in the house and golf course was also present. Wang Yu had taken care to see that everything would match Li Zi Yun's taste.
Li Zi Yun was amazed as she looked around the house. The penthouse was large enough for the two of them but this house was gigantic. This house was almost as big as the Wang family residence.
Wang Yu said to Li Zi Yun as he showed the master bedroom, "This is our home now. This house is in our name. It is not as complete as I want it to be but still its ready for us to move in. Can we start living here?"
Li Zi Yun nodded her head. Since Wang Yu had gotten everything ready just for them to live in, Li Zi Yun could not refuse.
Wang Yu said cheerfully, "Let's have a house warming ceremony soon"
Mrs. Wang had been worried sick about how to explain to Wang Yiran about her memory loss. However, contrary to what she thought Wang Yiran took the news rather easily. Like every kid who wants to grow up quick, Wang Yiran was rather excited when she looked at herself in the mirror. She was a woman now. Wang Yiran was thrilled that she could try everything that she could not do when she was young. She could wear all the pretty clothes that her mother wears and jewels. Wang Yiran wanted to try drinking, partying with friends and everything she had seen adults do.
Wu Qing had been Wang Yiran's childhood crush. As she grew older, she had lost interest in him. But now Wang Yiran was still a twelve year old and Wu Qing had been her favorite. When she was young Wu Qing often came to the Wang Residence and she had made her mind to marry him when she was old enough.
Wang Yiran asked her mother eagerly, "Mother, Brother Wu Qing is still single right?"
Mrs. Wang was not sure why Wang Yiran was talking about Wu Qing now, "Yes…"
"Mother do you remember your promise to me?"
"What promise?"
"I can marry whomever I want when I grow up"
"I…"
"Mother can I marry Brother Wu Qing now?"
"Huh?"
"Mother did you forget? You said I can marry brother Wu when I am older. I want to marry him now"
Mrs. Wang had been worrying about a thousand things but Wang Yiran took the news very casually. Mrs. Wang had never expected that the first thing Wang Yiran would ask would be to marry Wu Qing. Mrs. Wang knew that Wang Yiran liked Wu Qing in the past but after that she was not into him and that is why they had planned to discuss with the Chu family regarding Wang Yiran marrying Chu Yan. Mrs. Wang was not sure how to react now, was she supposed to agree to this? She was okay with Wang Yiran marrying Wu Qing but she couldn't say anything without discussing with the Wu family.
Mrs. Wang tried to calm down Wang Yiran, "Yiran… I can't say anything without discussing with Wu family. I will try my best."
Wang Yiran started pleading her mother, "Mom you promised me. I want to marry him. I love him so much"
Mrs. Wang was not sure if she could trust the words of a twelve year old girl and talk to her husband regarding this.
"I have to…"
Wang Yiran screamed, "Noooooooooo"
"You promised me. Mother I want Brother Wu Qing."
Mrs. Wang got up, "Ok I will talk to your grandfather now regarding this"
Mrs. Wang knew how adamant Wang Yiran was and she went straight to her father in law to discuss about this.
