Her mind was filled with a jumble of images. It kept going back to all the lies she told Stuart. She hated herself for taking refuge in lying, but she couldn't think of another option. Edie's memory drifted back to their argument, and a deep sense of guilt overwhelmed her. After getting dressed, Edie walked into the kitchen to find Stuart having his breakfast. "Sit and have breakfast with me. I'll take you to the filming base when you're finished," Stuart said without looking at her.
