Extra: General facility upgrade rule:

Upgrading facilities to even levels(2,4,6,8...) raise their servants limit.

Upgrading facilities to odd levels(3,5,7,9...) require crystal cores and adds new functions to the building like new professions.

That's why Nagi's Palace has a butler while Apollo's doesn't. It has nothing to do with the servant's gender and Apollo will have his own butler servant if he upgrade his Palace enough times.

PS.: There are exceptions like the HQ, Repeater Tower, Lab and Upgrade Center where no professions are available. In such cases even levels raise the performance by a small margin

PS2.: There are no limit on the number of facilities of the same type you can have. It's an easy way to upgrade the servants limit as it's cheaper than upgrading it to higher level but facilities don't share functionalities so low level facilities can't produce high level servants nor host them.
